STOMP: percussion, movement and physical comedy

The human body and unusual everyday objects are the stars of STOMP. Masters of percussion and humour, the Stomp performers find movement and sound in everything: boots, buckets, dustbin lids, lighters, brooms, sinks and water containers all become part of their overwhelming originality and contagious humour. After 30 years of touring all five continents, Stomp continue to surprise audiences with new objects added to the show.

Created in Brighton by Luke Cressweel and Steve McNicholas in 1991, STOMP has since travelled to every corner of the world. More than five companies perform around the world at the same time, including in long-running productions in London and New York.
