Pizza Man

Pizza Man is a comedy about Julia and Alice, two friends sharing an apartment in Oeiras. After a difficult day at work, an unwanted advance from Julia’s boss and her dismissal, Julia drinks and turns up the music to escape her frustration. Alice arrives in an equally unsettled state: she eats to forget that her boyfriend has returned to his wife. They decide to take their frustrations out on a man, and choose Guga, the pizza delivery worker who agrees to have a beer with them. The evening grows increasingly wild, angry and funny. The production is by Yellow Star Company, with artistic direction, translation and adaptation, and staging by João Didelet; the cast is Eduardo Madeira, Liliana Santos and Núria Madruga.
