Culture: Investment and Patronage

This public information session, promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport, explains the new Cultural Patronage regime and the Residence Permits for Investment in Culture (ARI). The programme opens with Minister Margarida Balseiro Lopes and includes a presentation of the new regime, a debate with the Office for Cultural Strategy, Planning and Evaluation and the Tax and Customs Authority, and guidance on ARI procedures, followed by public questions and answers.

Marta Luiz, Director-General of the Serralves Foundation, will join a panel on the experience and results of investment in culture. Participation is free, requires registration and is subject to the auditorium’s limited capacity.
